Hey guys! It’s been a while, huh? If you want to start a new para or continue our old one, just let me know. ^^
Junhyung placed his hand to his heart, a cliche’d face of shock crossing his features as his voice raise an octave too high. “Oh, Hara, you’re breaking my heart here” He balled his hand into a fist before brining it to his right eye, spinning it to make it look like he was crying, feigned pout and all. He couldn’t keep it up for too long as he met her eyes and an awkward laugh spilt out.
He glanced around the bar for a split second, just absorbing the ambience of his home away from home. “Really though? How’s things been without me?” he asked, genuinely curious this time.
He wasn’t entirely sure how he had lived his entire life before the island, being away from here for even a month felt so surreal. The people he’s met, the places he’s been, the things he’s seen have shaped him to the person he is today and no matter what he’d never trade it for the world. He smiled back at her, taking a sip from his drink, placing it lightly on a coaster (if there was one thing Junhyung hated it was condensation rings on his pristine bench) “Been causing trouble without me, huh?” He asked, joking once more.
“I tend to have that effect on people,” She replied, obviously joking. Amusement flickered through Hara’s chocolate hues as they watched his little fake crying act until meeting his eyes. With a stifled chuckle, Hara coiled her fingers around her glass of coke and brought it to her lips before taking a sip of it.
Grazing her tongue over her lips, she wiped off any excess liquid left over, resting the glass back down. Hearing the question that left his lips, Hara pursed her lips, wondering how to answer it. Although it seemed like not much happened, quite a lot happened ever since his departure to Seoul. ”There were some new faces.. some old ones-” She trailed off before cutting her sentence short with a gasp escaping her lips as a thought came to mind. “Speaking of old faces, my best friend from Seoul is actually here right now,” She told him, a bright smile etching upon her lips at the thought. Besides, Hara wasn’t exactly sure if she should tell Junhyung whether her ex-boyfriend who striked her during their break up, arrived. She knew he probably wouldn’t be the happiest to hear about it so she decided not to speak of it.
“Well, for one- There weren’t any creepy guys coming up to me since I had Tiffany here who’d protect me,” She laughed a bit, referring to that one night where a resident came back when they were cleaning up the bar. The brunette looked over at him with a smile before speaking up again. “But I’d be lying if I said you weren’t missed- there were some cougars who’d come by and ask for you. I think they said something along the lines of wanting to have a wild ride?” She questioned with a laugh, although it came out more like a statement. “Then they told me I seemed good enough to have a threesome,” Hara shuddered at the memory.
